Garibaldi Resources Corp.'s Princeton project consists of 25 mineral claims covering approximately 522 hectares located 10 kilometres north of Princeton B.C. and within 25 kilometres of Copper Mountain Mining Corp.'s historic Copper Mountain copper/gold mine that has seen intermittent production from 1927-1996 and is targeted to resume production before the end of 2011. The property is largely overburden covered yet features a prominent circular shaped magnetic anomaly according to government geological magnetic air survey maps of the area which management believes may be the expression of a buried intrusive body.
