MORELOS PROJECT

The Morelos Project consists of several concessions covering more than 35,000 hectares located southeast of Goldcorp’s El Sauzal Mine. Geological data published by the Mexican Department of Mines describes numerous gold-silver occurrences however none of these have been systematically evaluated by modern exploration methods.

Garibaldi acquired the Morelos Project in January 2005 based on results of hyperspectral satellite imaging known as ASTER-SWIR. Proprietary imaging software was able identify the hydrothermal alteration halo surrounding El Sauzal Mine (based on satellite imaging collected in 2002 prior to mine construction) and defined multiple similar targets within the Morelos concession area. ...

TEMORIS PROJECT

The Temoris Project consists of a single concession covering 54,000 hectares surrounding Palmarejo Silver and Gold’s Palmarejo – Trogan project in Chihuahua State. Geological data published by the Mexican Department of Mines describes numerous gold and silver occurrences within the Temoris concession none of which have been systematically evaluated by modern exploration methods.

Garibaldi acquired the Temoris Project in February of 2006 based on the proximity of the Palmarejo – Trogan Project. ...

IRIS PROJECT

The Iris Project consists of a concession covering 5,600 hectares located north west of Gammon Lake Resources Ocampo Project that Garibaldi successfully acquired in a Mexican Government lottery in early 2006 and an adjoining block of ground comprising an additional 1,747 ha. acquired by staking. Historic records document a placer gold mining operation within the concession and ASTER-SWIR satellite imaging data shows areas of possible silica alteration.

As reported in a press release dated February 5, 2007 preliminary sampling has confirmed the presence of gold bearing, silicified float within the areas of interest identified from satellite imaging. ...

RODADERO PROJECT

The Rodadero Project consists of a concession application covering 55,149 hectares located northwest of Alamos Gold’s Mulatos Project. Geological maps published by the Mexican Department of Mines show numerous known gold and silver occurrences, placer gold occurrences and more importantly show large areas of alteration similar to the alteration zones identified in the Mulatos area. Detailed geological work at Mulatos has demonstrated that the large alteration zones are associated with the epithermal systems that formed the gold deposits. ...

BADESI PROJECT

The Badesi Project consists of a concession application covering 51,505 hectares located northwest of Alamos Gold’s Mulatos Project. Geological maps published by the Mexican Department of Mines show numerous known gold and silver occurrences, placer gold occurrences and more importantly show large areas of alteration similar to the alteration zones identified in the Mulatos area. Detailed geological work at Mulatos has demonstrated that the large alteration zones are associated with the epithermal systems that formed the gold deposits. ...

ONAVAS PROJECT

The Rodadero Project consists of a concession application covering 55,149 hectares located west of Alamos Gold’s Mulatos Project. Regional scale geological maps published by the Mexican Department of Mines show numerous known gold and silver occurrences, placer gold occurrences and more importantly show large areas of alteration.

More detailed geological maps (1:50,000 scale maps), available for part of the Rodadero project, show that known gold occurrences are associated with altered zones developed along the margins of caldera’s. ...

TONICHI PROJECT

The Tonichi Project consists of a concession application covering 98,587 hectares located west of Alamos Gold’s Mulatos Project. Regional geological maps published by the Mexican Department of Mines show numerous known gold and silver occurrences, porphyry copper and porphyry molybdenum occurrences, placer gold occurrences and more importantly show large areas of alteration which may represent areas of mineralization that have not been systematically evaluated

Exploration work at Tonichi is at a preliminary stage. ...
